- When spawning, the map becomes covered in fog. Tinky Winky will actively chase players at a fairly slow speed, targeting at random. Tinky Winky cannot be stunned.
- Looking at Tinky Winky will rapidly drain HP without any sort of effect or sound. Tinky Winky will also teleport every so often to a random position on the map; regardless of the distance to who it's after. This is also followed by Tinky Winky screaming, almost constantly.
