- The Boys consist of Gourd and Shadow Gourd.
- When spawning, Gourd will spawn at the thorn and stay there until the song starts. Shadow Gourd will spawn shortly after Gourd spawns, standing at the thorn as well. Both Gourds can be stunned.
- Like most terrors, Gourd will actively chase players, prioritizing those in a line of sight at a moderate speed. Shadow Gourd roam around randomly until it spots a player, where it will then give chase for a short time. Contact with either Gourd will instantly kill the player.

- Gourd Cop from Kiss Me (Kill Me) was originally also intended to spawn alongside The Boys, but was scrapped.
