  • When spawning, Teuthida will appear at the thorn while a deep groan is heard. If in a normal round, he will announce himself to the instance before becoming active. Teuthida cannot be stunned.
  • Similarly to Starved, Teuthida will follow players and overtime, progressively get faster as indicated by the screen flashing blue as he gets hungrier. The screen will get darker and bluer the faster Teuthida gets; and Teuthida will eventually outspeed all coils. If Teuthida reaches a player, he will instantly kill them, resetting his hunger and speed back to normal.
  • A key difference regarding Teuthida is that it has less stages than Starved does, meaning it will become hungrier much faster and reach its max speed faster. When Teuthida is at its max speed, it gains trails.
