- METHOD: Entity rushes victims and slowly eats away at flesh; adding to their hive. There is never any blood wasted during feeding.

- The entity is comprised of thousands of small creatures, made from sea sponge and possessing small wings allowing them to flutter around. The creatures have two sharp teeth that they use for draining fluids.

- When spawning, Spongefly Swarm will proclaim it has come for your nectar, and begin chasing players. Spongefly Swarm cannot be stunned.
- Spongefly Swarm appears as a mass of small little 'spongeflies' which low rapid damage when a player is inside of it. The mass moves at a moderate pace towards players, prioritizing those in the direction it is moving. Dying to Spongefly Swarm will result in a death screen.
