- Death Tip: You were killed by Specimen 8. Specimen 8 will move through walls, so listen to his voice to figure out where he's coming from.

- When spawning, Specimen 8 rises from the thorn creating a static overlay and will begin chasing players. Specimen 8 cannot be stunned.
- Specimen 8 will pass through walls towards its target at a moderate speed. Specimen 8 will occasionally taunt players with lines as it moves, helping indicate where it is. When Specimen 8 is close to a player, it will open its robes to reveal faces within its cloak. Specimen 8 will instantly kill players on contact, prompting them with a death screen.
- If Specimen 8 does not have a clear line of sight of its target, it may reveal itself through the wall and speed itself up until it is close to a player.
