- When spawning, Specimen 2 will rise from a puddle on the thorn. Specimen 2 can be stunned for a moderate amount of time.
- Like most terrors, Specimen 2 will actively chase players, prioritizing those in a line of sight at a moderate speed. When Specimen 2 is close to a player, they will swipe with their claw, dealing moderate damage. Occasionally, Specimen 2 will leave behind puddles of goo, which will slow the player down when walked through.
- Dying to Specimen 2 will prompt the player with a Jumpscare.
