  • When spawning, Slender will spawn at the thorn and begin slowly moving towards players. Slender cannot be stunned.
  • Slender will slowly make its way towards players indicated by the squeaking of wheels and the ambient sound of static. If a player looks at Slender, they will begin taking damage while static covers their screen. Being near Slender will also slowly drain players of their health, while contact with Slender will instantly kill the player. Slender is also capable of teleporting, indicated by a white flash and static noise when it does so.
  • Dying to Slender prompts them with a jumpscare.

  • Radar calls Slender "SlenderWheels".
  • When spawning in Classic, Slender has a 5% chance to spawn in as Hungry Home Invader.
  • When spawning in Midnight or 8 Pages, Slender becomes Slendy.
  • Slender being in a wheelchair was due to early versions of Slender's AI being unable to properly get around to target players; so the developers broke his legs so he could use a wheelchair instead. This issue was eventually fixed, but Slender remained unchanged; with its fixed AI being given to Slendy instead.
