• The cat used to create for herself, but as others began to love her work, she began to create solely for them. As she worked, she became stronger, and began being led down a dark path by what she believed was a flame fueled by creation.

• Death Tip: "You were killed by Shade of Ambition."
• Death Tip (Detailed): "You were killed by Shade of Ambition. The color of Shade of Ambition's weapon will indicate what attack she will do."
• Death Tip (Flame): "You were killed by Shade of Ambition's Flame of Ambition. Watch out for the bullets from it's burst."

• After spawning, Shade of Ambition will slowly rise from the thorn as crows can be heard. Shade of Ambition can be stunned for a short time.
• Shade of Ambition will chase players at a moderate speed, attacking if they get close. Shade of Ambition will use one of three attacks which alter the color of their sword. Pink will cause Shade of Ambition to stop and releases a barrage of beams dealing low damage and burn while swinging the sword, dealing heavy damage. Orange will cause Shade of Ambition to stop and smash the sword into the ground, releasing a fire AOE around them inflicting burn and dealing heavy damage & knockback. Blue will allow Shade of Ambition to continue chasing and swing twice for moderate damage and knockback.
• Occasionally, the "Flame of Ambition" that flies alongside Shade of Ambition will detach to fly to their current target. Shortly after reaching them, it will detonate, dealing low damage and bleed in an AoE around it. This also fires a ring of bullets, dealing low damage per bullet. After this, it will fly back to Shade of Ambition.

• Shade of Ambition is an OC based off Beyond.
• Shade of Ambition was originally called Beyond but was renamed in late April 2026 patch.
• Shade of Ambition's design was created by blacksheepiess, based off Beyond's Shade Cat avatar.
• Shade of Ambition's weapon is called Desire, and is also used by Restless Creator as well as ???. Unlike the others, Shade of Ambition uses more than one of its abilities.
