- After spawning, Killer Fish will announce itself as the Killer Fish for the evening before it begins chasing players. Killer Fish cannot be stunned.
- Killer Fish will fling itself towards players at random, able to get up to very high speeds. Killer Fish deals rapid low damage when in contact with a player.
- If Killer Fish has not moved from a general location in a while, it will teleport directly to his current target and say "Killer Fish!" with red eyes. This will also happen if Killer Fish somehow finds its way out of the map.
- Players killed by Killer Fish will be met with a clip of Killer Fish.
