- After spawning, Horseless Headless Horsemann will pick a target and actively chase them down at a high speed. Horseless Headless Horsemann cannot be stunned.
- Horseless Headless Horsemann will pursue his target until he is bored or kills them. Attacks from the Horseless Headless Horsemann will instantly kill players. Additionally, players that get in front of Horseless Headless Horsemann or move through him may also be targeted by him.
- Occasionally, if the person the Horseless Headless Horsemann is targeting is close enough, Horseless Headless Horsemann will stop and scare everyone in a large radius around and in front of him, inflicting heavy slowness for 8 seconds.
