• The Black Sun originates from a computer program by many names, often refered to as "DOOM.EXE". Black Sun is said to hate people that run away from it, as all it wants is to bring joy to the world.

• Death Tip (Black Sun): "You were killed by the Black Sun. Be mindful of where it is and listen for its static."
• Death Tip (Proxies): "You were killed by one of Black Sun's minions. They are quite loud, so listen for their distorted sounds."

• When spawning, Black Sun will remain at the thorn. It will progressively become more distorted before activating, summoning two Lost Souls alongside it. Black Sun itself cannot be stunned, however, its Lost Souls can for a moderate amount of time.
• Black Sun will slowly pass through walls towards players, creating a loud static noise and flickering lights as it moves. Black Sun will instantly kill players that come into contact with it.
• The Lost Souls chase players at a moderate speed, making glitchy noise as they move. When a Lost Soul is near a player, it will reveal its tendrils. Similarly to Black Sun, the Lost Souls will instantly kill players that come into contact with them. When being stunned, they will phase into the ground and vanish, making them invisible for a short time before rising back up after.
