- When spawning, Akumii-Kari will appear at the thorn. Akumii-Kari cannot be stunned.
- Akumii-Kari will constantly chase players at a slow speed, prioritizing those within line of sight. Akumii-Kari is capable of warping if there are no players nearby.
- Looking at Akumii-Kari will cause the screen to be covered with static and an image of Akumii-Kari saying "connection lost". The player will be completely blind until they look away. Additionally, players will lose health rapidly while blinded, but will not die from it.
- Dying to Akumii-Kari will prompt a deathscreen similar to that of staring at Akumii-Kari.
