- A little flip phone I found that seems to hold some significance to the Overseer. It has four contacts on it.
- It looks like it only accepts callers from the worthy, those with wealth, or those willing to lose their lives.
----------------------------
- Requires 100EPH or 99HP to use. After use, calls in a Dev-Arc for the entire round. Players can only summon once per round.
----------------------------
- Unlock Requirement: Survive all Alternate killers.
----------------------------
- Dev-Arc has various abilities it will do:
- RocketIf Dev-Arc is too far from its owner, it will rocket upwards and fly over to its owner, landing once they are close enough. Neko Arc may also just randomly rarely do this.
- DanceDev-Arc dances with two different dances it is able to do.
- TauntDev-Arc will strike a pose and taunt you.
- BeamDev-Arc will fire a beam towards either the nearest killer or a random player. The beam will launch players back if hit by it, while killers will either be stunned or paralyzed, depending on whichever one is more effective. Dev-ArcĀ“s beam will also paralyze killers that have enrage effects on stun, such as Apathy or Sturm. The beam is also able to hit killers only stunnable by Holy items.
- Blue MedkitDev-Arc may pull out a Blue Medkit and use it, healing players nearby while also giving them a random buff or debuff. Dev-Arc will only do this once and not do this again until it has moved to a new position.
- BananaDev-Arc may pull out a Banana and drop it, tripping players that walk over it. Dev-Arc will only do this once and not do this again until it has moved to a new position.
- ExplodeIf the owner of a Dev-Arc dies or exits the round, it will detonate, dealing damage to nearby players and killing players close enough to it.
- Terrors will ignore Dev-Arcs.
----------------------------
- There is a rare 5th Dev-Arc called SUPER TURBO DARKGREY-ULTRA-DELUXE-SURPREME FEATURING DANTE FROM DEVIL MAY CRY 3 GAME OF THE YEAR EDITION & KNUCKLES 3: THE FINAL UPDATE SCHOLAR OF THE FIRST SIN EDITION NIGHTREIGN 1999 which is a variant of DarkGrey-Arc that has a 1/1000 chance to be created. It moves much faster and has no cooldowns on its abilities. Additionally, if this version explodes, it creates a huge explosion, instantly killing all players in a large area around it.
- Only one Dev-Arc can be created per player each round. However, if the Dev-Arc was somehow killed or destroyed, it can be resummoned.
- Dev-Arc is able to stun Clockey while he is laughing despite being not being melee, but it will not unlock "Get Clocked, Clockey".
- Dev-Arcs are considered terrors, and therefore can be spectated; where they are identified as ??? until viewed.
- Bananas dropped by Dev-Arcs will not affect terrors due to a code limitation.
- Dev-Arcs are inspired by the Neko Arc summonable from Midnight Horrors.
